PER COURT :- 1.

Order is passed by this court on 24.04.2015 in C.A.No. 3892 of 2015, allowing the applicants to withdraw the interest amount on furnishing security to the satisfaction of Registrar of this Court. Learned counsel for the applicants states that applicants be allowed to withdraw said amount by furnishing Bank guarantee of any scheduled bank.

Bank guarantee would be a better security, as such, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 Mr. Dande does not have any objection for the same.

Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and stands disposed of accordingly.
