The learned counsel submits that the validation proceeding is still pending. The show cause notice has been issued by the employer as to why services shall not be terminated for non submission of validity. 3.

It is stated that the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2017.

In case the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending the committee shall decide the same on its own merits

( 2 ) 143 wp 7670.19 expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 30.08.2019 and cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The impugned show cause notice is set aside. The respondent employer shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The employer may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs. [MANGESH S.
