Notice. The Addl.Govt.Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. Mr.A.M.Gaikwad, learned counsel appears for respondent no.3.

2] The learned Addl.G.P. on instructions of respondent no.2 submits that the respondent no.2 would decide the application filed by the petitioner challenging application dated 10/9/2018 challenging Resolution No. 429 to 432 passed by respondent no.3 on 21/8/2018 within 10 days. The said statement is accepted. 3] It is further submitted that the Government under its resolution dated 1/6/2019 has extended the period of regularisation of the post upto 30/9/2019. In view of that it is not necessary to pass any further orders with regard to prayer clause "D". 4] The petitioner may take up further proceedings for the relief claimed in the petition if the occasion arises.
