This matter was mentioned at 10.30 a.m. expressing grave urgency. We, therefore, granted production of this matter on the production board after lunch.

We find from the pleadings as well as the record available before us that, no application for interim stay/interim relief was filed by the petitioners along with their revision application U/Sec. 23(2) of the Mamlatdars Courts Act, 1906 (for short "said Act").

The petitioners have made a grievance that the order passed by the Mamlatdar U/Sec. 5(2) of the said Act, which is impugned before the revisional authority, is to be executed on 08th July, 2022.

In these circumstances, this petition is disposed off permitting the petitioners to file an application for interim relief/interim stay before the revisional authority and seek orders from the revisional authority.
