Mr. Sanap, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has filed an appeal against the selection of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 as Anganwadi Sevika, however, they are not yet appointed. The learned counsel further submits that, the respondent No. 2 has said that, he would not decide the appeal. 2.

We are not ready to accept the said submission. When any appeal/compliant is filed, the authority is required to decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Mr. Patil, the learned counsel holding for Mr. Bondar, the learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 2. The learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 shall instruct the respondent No. 2 to decide the appeal/complaint filed by the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy. The writ petition is disposed of.
