The applicant was released on regular bail vide order passed on November 10, 2014 in Criminal Applicatio No.5601 of 2014, wherein restriction is imposed on him from entering the corporation limits of Latur for a period of two years.

The trial has already commenced and the complainant is provided with the Police protection. The applicant has suffered the condition for more than 1-1/2 years.

In view thereof, it will be appropriate in my opinion to grant the Application pursuant to the prayer clause (B), with a condition that the applicant shall regularly attend the trial and shall not protract the same and he shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or influence the prosecution witnesses in any manner.

Criminal Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
