Heard Mr.Khande, learned counsel for the Petitioner. The Petitioner makes a grievance of non-compliance of the order passed this Court dated 3rd May, 2014.

Mr.Patil, learned counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that the proposal of the Petitioner is rejected vide order dated 3rd July, 2014, and the same is also communicated by post.

Mr.Khande, learned counsel submits that the said order is not received by the Petitioner at any material point of time nor it was issued to the Petitioner.

We would not enter into the aspects about whether the copy of the order is served upon the Petitioner or not. It appears that the proposal has been rejected by order dated 13th July, 2015. Of course, there is some delay in deciding the said proposal as was directed by this Court. We do not find that the said delay is intentional one.

32 cp.394.14.odt In light of that, the contempt stands purged. The Petitioner is at liberty to take such steps as is permissible in law. Contempt petition stands disposed of.
