The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that during the pendency of this Writ Petition wherein the Petitioner has challenged the dismissal of his complaint by the Industrial Court at Dhule, the Petitioner has been terminated from service.

It is, therefore, stated on instructions that the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge his termination before the Labour Court at Dhule. The learned AGP for the Respondents does not oppose.
