This is a petition for directing the Respondent No.2 to grant another thirty days extension of emergency parole leave to the Petitioner.

Vide order dated 21.06.2022 passed in Criminal Application No. 7404, this Court had extended time to surrender for a period of 15 days

s health has deteriorated. She is suffering from cancer and on humanitarian ground, it may be extended by way of last opportunity. 4.

Purely on humanitarian grounds, time to surrender is extended by period of 15 days from today. After that, the Petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Authorities.

The petition is disposed of.
