The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' as under :- B.

By issuing the Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the respondent no 2, may kindly be directed to decide the Tribe claim verification proceedings of the petitioner, as early as possible and preferably within the stipulated period.

By issuing the Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the respondent no 3, may kindly be directed that no to take any coercive action as against the Petitioner till the issuance of the Tribe validity Certificate to the petitioner by the Respondent no 2.

It is informed that the claim of the petitioner for seeking validation of his 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe is pending adjudication from 11th March 2022. The petitioner is presently in

WP No. 7885/22 employment in the Department of Posts.

The learned AGP submits that as the petitioner is an in service candidate, the claim would be adjudicated upon within six months. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction that respondent no. 2 shall decide the claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, on or before 31st January, 2023.
