This is a Civil Application seeking amendment of the petition so as to include the petitioner's daughter as petitioner no.2 and intends to add the substantive prayers, as the prayers in the Civil Application are not happily worded.

We dispose of the Civil Application and permit the petitioner's daughter to be added as petitioner no.2 and further allow the prayer clause in the petition to be amended.
