By order dated 15.01.2021, this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- within a period of four weeks to test the bona fides of the petitioner by way of security and also as per Rule 7(a) of the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not responding about the deposit of amount. Therefore, the said amount has not been deposited nor the petition was got even circulated after 25.01.2021.

Hence, petition stands disposed of.
