ORAL JUDGMENT :- .

Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. With consent of both parties, heard finally.

The petition is filed only for giving direction to the respondent Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner which is pending since 13.01.2014. Both the sides are heard.

The submissions made show that the petitioner was admitted as a candidate from reserved category i.e. Scheduled Tribe thereby for Engineering Course (Mechanical Engineering). He needs to produce he validity certificate as he is given admission as reserved category candidate. In view of this circumstance, this Court holds that direction needs to be given to

(3) WP No.6232/2014 the respondent Caste Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the tribe claim of the petitioner within six months from today, if the decision is not already taken.

It is made clear that the certificate of the Course can be issued only when and if the petitioner gets the validity certificate.

The petition is disposed of. Rule is made absolute in aforesaid terms.
