The present litigation is filed as a Public Interest Litigation. The petitioner has no direct interest in the subject matter. To test the bonafides of the petitioner and by way of security in the event writ petition is dismissed, so also as per the Rule 7A of the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules, the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) within a period of two (02) weeks from today.

If the amount as directed by this Court is deposited by the petitioner, then the matter be listed.
