We have heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. The petition is filed on the premise that the petitioner institute has been permitted to increase the intake capacity for diploma course in Engineering and Technology and Automobile Engineering and Mechanical Engineering faculties from the academic year 2014-15 to 120 students i.e. additional 60 students. The State Government however, has not included the factum of increased intake in the notification for admission published in the year 2014-15. This Court vide interim order dated 21.7.2014 has allowed the petitioner to admit the students as per the intake capacity permitted by the AICTE. Even in the case of Orissa Technical Colleges Association vs. AICTE and

wp6250.14 -2another (Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No. 7277 of 2014, dated 9.5.2014), the Apex Court vide interim order has allowed the AICTE to grant approval for the year 2014-15 and 2015-16. 2.
