Mr. Nagargoje, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appointed as Shikshan Sevak on 10.03.2012. Appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is also approved by the Education Officer. Subsequently, the Management has forwarded a proposal seeking permanent approval to the appointment of the petitioner. The same is pending for more than one year. No decision is taken as yet. 2.

Mr. Panpatte, the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 submits that the proposal is submitted seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner on completion of his three years, as an Assistant 1/2

Learned Counsel for the Education Officer does not dispute that the proposal is received by the office of respondent No.2 Education Officer.

In view of above, respondent No.2 shall decide the proposal received by it from respondent Nos. 3 and 4 seeking permanent approval to the appointment of the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law and the relevant Government Resolution, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from today. 4.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
