Petitioner's appeal is pending before the respondent/Scrutiny Committee, which has been preferred against the decision of the competent authority refusing to issue tribe certificate as belonging to Mannervarlu (Scheduled Tribe). 2.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the appeal of the petitioner on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 08.07.2024.
