The learned Advocate appearing for the respondents objected to the present writ petition contending that remedy of revision is available in view of the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Gurudassing Nawoosingh Panjwani vs State Of Maharashtra & Others, reported in 2015 (6) Mh.L.J. 915.

In view of the objection raised, the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and to file an appropriate revision before the State authority.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner contends that the time

917 wp 7217-2014 spent in this Court in prosecuting the present writ petition be excluded in computing the period of limitation in filing the revision. 4.

In the event the petitioner challenges the impugned order before the State Authority, the time spent in pursuing the present writ petition to be excluded under Section 14 of the Limitation Act for preferring revision petition before the appropriate authority. 5.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending Civil application is disposed of.
