All the four Petitioners before us are closely related to each others (real cousin brothers). All are in possession of their respective shares of the agricultural land. The only issue is that, the Gut Numbers were mistakenly recorded in the revenue records, which are as under :- Sr.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, if the Petitioners approach the Competent Revenue Authority under Section 155 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 for correction in the revenue record, the said proceeding can be considered expeditiously.

In view of the above, we grant liberty to the Petitioners to move such application, on or before 25/07/2024. Thereafter, the Revenue Authorities would follow the due procedure laid down in law and, if all these four Petitioners appear before the concerned Authorities and if there are no other stakeholders, an appropriate order would be passed, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 30 days. The Petitioners are at liberty to place a copy of this order before the Company, which is said to have issued a Letter of Intent (LoI) in favour of the son of Petitioner No.1. 4.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
