This is an application seeking permission to deposit the arrears of Rs.52,500/- in this Court.

Mr Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to serve the copy of this application on the Counsel for non-applicants. 3.

The prayer for depositing the amount of arrears since is not objected, stands granted without prejudice to the rights of the applicant. The applicant may deposit the amount in this Court within a period of four weeks from today.
