The only grievance made in this petition is for issuance of tribe certificate recording proper name of tribe. The tribe certificate is issued to petitioners as belonging to 'Mahadev Koli'. In fact the tribe name recorded in the Presidential Order is 'Koli Mahadev'. The petitioner is already in receipt of the tribe certificate as belonging to 'Mahadev Koli' tribe however, the spelling of tribe is wrongly written in the said certificate. 3.

We have also heard learned AGP for the State. 4.

In view of above, we direct the Sub-Divisional Officer - Respondent no. 2 to issue the tribe certificate to the petitioner as belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe, expeditiously,
