This is an application for recall of the order passed by this Court on 16th January, 2014, dismissing the petition for want of prosecution as well as the order passed by the Registrar in Civil Application no. 28177/2014.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. Order passed by this Court as well as order passed by the Registrar are quashed and set aside. Petition is restored to its original number.

Learned counsel for petitioner undertakes to remove office
