Present applicant intends to challenge his conviction under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code by learned Sessions Judge, Jalgaon in Sessions Case No.136 of 2011 dated 8th December 2021. Applicant has been sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of Rs.5000/-, and in default to suffer simple imprisonment

cria2193.22 for three months. There is delay of 17 days in filing the Criminal Appeal.

Issue notice to respondent. Learned APP waives notice for respondent.

Taking into consideration the contents of the Application, the delay stands condoned. Registry to verify and register the Appeal. The Application stands disposed of.
