1] We have heard Shri Awate for the applicant, Shri Dighe and the learned AGP for the State.

2] This is an application seeking leave to amend and challenge the advertisement.

3] Shri Dighe, learned counsel submits that pursuant to the said advertisement, the posts are filled in. 4] Be that as it may.

5] Even if the amendment is allowed, the respondents

6] Considering the above, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause [A] and disposed of. Necessary amendment be carried out within 14 days.
