Perused the reply filed by the Respondent No.1 in all the Petitions. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, has taken instructions from the respective petitioners that, the amount, which is mentioned in the reply, has been received by the petitioners, however, the amount towards interest has not been received yet. 3.
We direct the Respondent No.1 to calculate the interest at the rate of 6%, if already the amount of interest is not included in the amount which is already disbursed to the petitioners, and the same shall be disbursed to the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible and, preferably within four months from today.

We make it clear that, it will be open for the Respondent No.1 to hear the petitioners in respective Petitions, before taking decision in respect of calculation of the interest amount at the rate of 6%, if already not included in the amount which is disbursed to the petitioners, and then take the appropriate decision, and disburse the same, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably, within four months from today.

We direct the petitioners to appear before the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Parbhani on 10th March, 2016 at 11 a.m. for redressal of their grievances about the payment of interest, if any, and after hearing the petitioners on the said date or subsequent date, which would be convenient to the Respondent No.1, the Respondent No.1 shall take decision on the said aspect, in case already interest amount is not disbursed to the petitioners within four months from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioners.

All the Petitions stand disposed of in above terms.
