Present Civil Application has been filed for amendment / correction of name of respondent No.4. Inadvertently word "Late" has been written in the Appeal Memo, when according to the appellant, said respondent No.4 is alive. It is not necessary to issue notice in respect of present application to the other respondents. Learned AGP represents respondent Nos.1 and 2 in the present Application, so also learned Advocate Ms. Kulkarni appears for respondent Nos.4, 5, 9 and 10.

The amendment / correction that is sought is due to inadvertence and it is not going to the root of the case. Hence the Application stands allowed and disposed of. The amendment to be carried out forthwith.
