The learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent/Union of India submits on instructions, obtained from Respondent No.2 that, the notice dated 15/09/2023 in 'Form AB', issued by the Central Railway, is on the basis of a survey carried out. Similar are the notices issued to the two other entities. He further submits that the Petitioner has submitted his reply on 05/10/2023, and a decision would be taken on the said notice and

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Needless to state, after the decision is taken by the concerned Authorities, the Petitioner would be at liberty to avail of the remedy, as may be permissible in law.
