Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 861 days condoned in filing criminal appeal.

The applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code in Sessions Case No.177 of 2017 on 27.12.2019 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar and she has been sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs.5,000/-, in default, to suffer further rigorous imprisonment for three months.

For the reasons stated in the application, that since the applicant is poor and was required to approach the Legal Aid Service of this Court and then the Advocate has been appointed and in the meantime, there was pandemic situation, the delay stands condoned.
