For the reasons stated in the civil application, delay of 16 days caused in filing the first appeal is hereby condoned. Civil application is allowed and accordingly disposed of.

In so far as civil application no. 2430 of 2017 is concerned, the same is filed for amendment. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, none present for respondent no.3. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' and 'B'. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
