The learned A.G.P. on instructions of the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Latur submits that the application of the petitioner for provisional acceptance of the change report is fixed for hearing on 10th of August, 2021.

In view of the fact that the said matter is being heard by Assistant Charity Commissioner on 10th of August, 2021, no further orders are required to be passed. The Assistant Charity Commissioner shall take decision on the said application as required under the provisions of section 22 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
