The informant - Sagunabai is present before the Court. The applicants are also present. They have placed on record a compromise decree passed in Regular Civil Suit No.206 of 2023. In terms of the said compromise, the parties have agreed to settle all their disputes including criminal cases namely R.C.C. No.1554 of 2020 and R.C.C. No.787 of 2020.

R.C.C. No.787 of 2020 is subject matter of this application.

-2The respondent-informant is lady. She has not preferred any application for quashment of crime and consequential charge-sheet filed against her. However, the applicant expressly gives consent for quashment of the said crime and consequential charge-sheet. We, therefore, do not propose to direct them to comply with the procedural aspects, such as making application under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure code.

Considering the nature of offences and the matters to have been amicably settled, with a view to give peace a chance, we allow this application in terms of prayer clause "B". Moreover, R.C.C. No.1554 of 2020 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latur is also hereby quashed. 4.

The applicants in Criminal Application No.1810 of 2020 to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- towards costs to be deposited with the Office of Government Pleader, High Court, Aurangabad towards ELibrary, within a week.
