This application is filed for condonation of delay of 3906 days caused in filing first appeal.

The applicants are legal representatives of the original Claimant before the Reference Court. Their house properties are acquired long back. Though compensation was granted, the Claimants had preferred reference thereby the

103ca6735.24 amount is enhanced to some extent.

3.

These Original Claimants have now filed appeal for enhancement in the amount of compensation.

4.

Considering that the appeal is by the persons who lost their house properties in the acquisition, this Court inclined to allow application on certain conditions. Hence following order :

ORDER

i) The Civil Application stands allowed.

ii) Delay of 3906 days stands condoned, subject deposit of cost of Rs. 3,500/- (Rs. Three Thousand and Five Hundred Only), in the office of Legal Services Authority, Sub Committee, High Court, Aurangabad, within two weeks from today.

iii) The Civil Application stands disposed off.
