The petitioners are seeking incentive for having worked in the tribal/Naxalite area.

Issue notice. The learned AGP waives service for all respondents.

3. It is a matter of grant of some special pay allowance for having worked in the tribal/difficult areas, according to the policy of the State Government.

In light of similar orders being passed by several division benches, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents to consider the case of each of these petitioners, individually in accordance with the policy for grant of pay increment/allowance, as per the Government Resolution dated 06.08.2002, 09.11.2005 and in light of
