First appeal has been dismissed for non-removal of the office objections vide order dated 28.3.2023 passed by the Registrar (J) of this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant undertakes to remove office objections within two weeks from today and submits that due to inadvertence matter on Registrar's board could not be noticed.

Considering submissions advanced, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B and C' on condition that applicant removes all office objections within two weeks from today.
