PER COURT :- Certain directions are issued to the Wakf board, which according to the petitioner, have not been complied with. The order is passed on 2.3.2015 and without waiting for reasonable period, the petitioner has approached this Court. Apart from this, the grievance raised by the petitioner is within exclusive domain of the Wakf board. It would be open for the petitioner to approach the concerned Board for redressal of his grievance. The cognizance of this contempt petition need not be taken at this stage. Keeping the option of the petitioner to move this Court after one year, open, the contempt petition is disposed of.
