The applicant seeks restoration of the first appeal stamp no.3135 of 2023 by recalling the order dated 28.3.2023 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 2.

It appears that there is delay of 448 days in filing the application. However, considering submissions advanced and reasons as stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B and C' subject to condition that the applicant removes office objections within a period of two weeks from today and deposit costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand) with the Library, Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad. Civil application stands disposed off.
