In the present writ petition, transfer order is assailed. Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already joined at the transferred place. The petitioner met with an accident.
The petitioner be given opportunity to file representation with the authority concerned for transfer.

We have heard Mr. Pulkundwar, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

The petitioner may make representation with respondent Nos. 3 and 4. If such representation is made, the concerned respondents shall take decision 1/2

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
