This matter has been heard at length. After this Court expressed a view that the impugned order cannot be faulted, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits, on instructions from the Petitioners present in the Court, that the Petitioners desire to withdraw this petition and avail of an alternate remedy.

As I have shown my disinclination to grant liberty, the request for leave to withdraw the petition unconditionally is now made. This Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that this Court has not granted any liberty to the Petitioners to avail of any alternate remedy.
