The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.188 of 2015 registered with Chopada Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354-D, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant was arrested on 22nd December, 2015. The investigation is over and the charge sheet is already filed.

Looking to the nature of allegations made against the present applicant in the first information report, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to order the release of the applicant. Hence, the following order:- The applicant be released on bail, in connection with Crime No.188 of 2015 registered with Chopada Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354-D, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/-, with one surety in the like amount. Till conclusion of trial, the applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of the concerned police station.
