PER COURT :- 1) Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2) It is brought to my notice that in the connected matters arising out of the same acquisition proceedings, this Court vide order dated 22.1.2016 has allowed the petitioners therein to withdraw 75% of the amount on submitting an undertaking and balance 25% amount was allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety. I do not see any reason to take any contrary view. Hence, following order, - BDV

ORDER

I) Out of total amount, 75% amount is to be given subject to furnishing an undertaking by the applicant/s. The remaining 25% amount is to be given subject to giving solvent surety in respect of that amount.

II) The Civil Application for withdrawal of amount is disposed of.
