Pursuant to the earlier orders, Respondent No.2 - Shri Vishwas Bajirao Patil and Respondent No.3 - Shri Sudhir Mahadeo Mehatre, are present in the Court.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners has placed before us the calculations inclusive of the interest component as well as the enhanced Dearness Allowance. According to the Petitioners, the total dues to be paid to them are
2 cp 434.2022 Rs.2,92,06,393.74/-. The said statement is marked as "X-1" for identification.

The learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 has also placed calculations on record (3 pages), which are marked as "X-2" for identification. The dues are stated as Rs.2,68,30,069/-. The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that, probably the rise in Dearness Allowance has not been included in the calculations of Respondent Nos.2 and 3.

The learned Advocate representing Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that within a period of around 10 days they would reconcile the calculations as per charts "X-1" and "X-2" and immediately thereafter make the payments to the individual Petitioners.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that such payment should be made on or before 30.09.2022. The Respondents are agreeable.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. Having recorded the statements made by Respondent Nos.2 and 3, the calculations would be made by the department and the payments due to the Petitioners would be made on or before 30.09.2022.
