The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of her request and the requisite proposal for grant of family pension has been forwarded by the respondent no.3 and 4 vide communication dated 05.01.2021, respondent no.2 has not taken any decision. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent no.2/Joint Director Higher Education, Aurangabad to take appropriate decision on the communication dated 05.01.2021 forwarded by the Principal of respondent no.4/College for grant of family pension to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks.
