Mr S.S. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to place on record a copy of letter dated 26.03.2022 received from his client - Himmat K. Meherwal, thereby instructing to withdraw contempt petition. 2.

The letter dated 26.03.2022 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Mr S.S. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the parties have settled their dispute amicably and as such, they do not want to prosecute the contempt petition. He seeks permission to withdraw the same. 4.

Mr Mazhar Jahagirdar, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 5 submits that he has instructions to appear on their behalf. His statement is taken on record. He has no objection.

Mr P.U. Gujarathi holding for Mr V.P. Latange, lerned counsel for the contesting respondent has no objection to withdraw the contempt petition.

Having considered the submissions of Mr S.S. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr P.U. Gujarathi holding for Mr V.P. Latange, learned counsel for the contesting respondent No.1 and Mr Mazhar Jahagirdar, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 5, it is necessary to allow the petitioners to withdraw this contempt petition in view of amicable settlement arrived between the parties. Hence, the contempt petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
