Petitioner is before us being anxious to know the final decision of respondent no. 3 with whom the proposal forwarded by respondent no. 4 - Education Officer (Secondary) has been pending since 26-04-2023 (Exhibit 'A').

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent no. 3 to take appropriate decision in the light of the proposal and in accordane with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks.
