ORDER :

Seen the order made by this Court on 4.8.2016. The submissions made show that as yet no decision is taken on the proposals given for approval to the services of petitioner. In view of the nature of dispute, this Court holds that the matter can be disposed of by repeating the same order.

So, the direction is hereby given to respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to take decision on the

W.P.No.6963/16 proposal of approval to the services of the petitioner on it's own merits and that is to be done within two months from today. In those terms, the petition is disposed of.
