In view of alternate remedy available under section 152-A

{2} wp6744-15 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petitions. Writ petitions, as such, stand rejected.

The petitioners are at liberty to move the appellate authority. Since the writ petitions have been moved within a period of three days from the date of impugned orders, in case the petitioners move the appellate authority immediately, latest by 8th July, 2015, the same be considered on merits. 3.
