The Petitioner shall prefer an appropriate application under the M.R.T.P. Act, 1966 for the redressal of his grievance. The specific provisions shall be mentioned as well as, the Authority which has the jurisdiction to deal with the said application, would be addressed by the Petitioner. Let such appropriate application be filed within 15 days. Thereafter, the Competent Authority shall deal with the said application within a reasonable period, by following the due procedure laid down in law and by granting an opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders.
