We have heard the learned advocates for some time. 2.

Though the civil application seeks modification of the order passed by the Division Bench to which one of us was a party, learned advocate for the Zilla Parishad tenders across the bar copy of Government Resolution dated 16 March 2024. A bare look at the preamble would indicate that superseding all the earlier

(2) 901-CA-7378-2023 Government Resolutions, this Government Resolution has been passed. It is exactly in respect of the issue in the matter before us and provides modalities to be followed/undertaken in implemetation of Rajashri Shahu Maharaj Jeshta Sahittik Va Kalakar Mandhan Sanman Yojna.

Prima facie, the dispute in the writ petitions and even in the present civil application becomes infructuous in the light of this Government Resolution, consequently this application seeking modification also becomes infructuous and is disposed of. 4.

At the joint request of the parties and in view of such peculiar state of affairs, we direct the writ petition to be listed before the regular bench.
