At the outset learned counsel for the applicants states that wrong order has been annexed to the application. He, therefore, seeks leave by placing correct order on record. Leave granted. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants has sought review of the judgment dated 20th April, 2023. It is contended that the aspect with regard to the observations made by the Trial Court about the right of respondent No.3 has not been taken into consideration while passing the impugned judgment. Perusal of the order of the Trial Court shows that though observations are made in the body of the order however by granting relief in the operative part in the order heir-ship certificate is 901.ra228.23.odt

not issued in favour of respondent No.3 therein. This Court has taken into consideration the said aspect and has maintained the order of remand as passed by the Appellate Court.
