By this application, the applicants seek to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased petitioner nos.2 and 3. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing for the respondents objects the application, since there is inordinate delay in bringing legal heirs on record.

Considering reasons as stated in the application and submissions advanced, application deserves to be allowed subject to certain costs. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B) and (C) on condition that the applicants deposit costs of Rs.3000/- with the High Court Advocates' Bar Association Library within a period of two weeks from today. 4.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
